Building immersive virtual worlds through practical education. We help beginners step into VR development with confidence and creativity.

Build Your Team's VR Development Skills

Custom training programs that give your employees practical experience creating virtual reality games. We work with Croatian companies looking to add VR capabilities without hiring externally.

Discuss Your Training Needs

Three Corporate Training Tracks

We've designed these specifically for businesses that want their teams to start building VR applications. Each program runs on-site at your office or through remote sessions.

Foundation Track

8 weeks · October 2025 start

Your team learns Unity basics and creates simple VR experiences. Best for companies with developers who haven't worked in 3D environments before.

  • Unity interface and workflow
  • Basic 3D modeling integration
  • VR interaction patterns
  • Team project completion

Production Track

12 weeks · September 2025 start

For teams ready to build commercial VR applications. We cover optimization, multiplayer basics, and deployment to actual headsets.

  • Performance optimization techniques
  • Network multiplayer setup
  • Quest and PCVR deployment
  • Client-ready prototype

Rapid Prototype Track

4 weeks · Rolling enrollment

Intensive program where your team builds one specific VR concept from scratch. Good for testing if VR fits your business model.

  • Focused single-project approach
  • Daily instructor access
  • Working demo by week 4
  • Technical documentation included

How Teams Actually Progress

1

Assessment Week

We meet your team and review their current skills. Not everyone needs to be a programmer—we've trained designers and project managers who contribute to VR development in different ways.

2

Structured Learning Phase

Weekly sessions mix live instruction with homework assignments. Your team builds increasingly complex scenes while learning the constraints of VR hardware. Most struggle with performance optimization at first—that's normal.

3

Final Project Sprint

The last third focuses on one cohesive project. We guide but don't build it for them. Teams typically finish with something they can demonstrate to clients or use internally for training purposes.

What Previous Participants Actually Say

Tomislav Horvat

We sent three developers through the Production Track last fall. Honestly, the first few weeks were rough—our team struggled with the 3D coordinate systems. But by week eight, they'd built a warehouse training simulator that our client actually uses now.

The program didn't promise magic results. What we got was practical knowledge and a working prototype we could iterate on.

Marko Pavlović

We did the Rapid Prototype Track to test if VR made sense for our educational content. Four weeks felt rushed, but we ended up with a functional chemistry lab simulation. Not perfect, but enough to show investors and get real feedback from teachers.

The instructors were honest about limitations. That helped us make realistic decisions about expanding into VR development.
